My Race Timing Solutions is not responsible for cancellation of the event, refund of ticket amount on behalf of the event organizers Tickets bought are non-transferrable and cannot be modified.

Tickets once bought cannot be cancelled later.

Refund of the registration fee or the ticket price isn’t applicable for the successful transactions.

For cancelled and postponed events due to ‘force majeure’, Refund of registration fee or the ticket price is at the sole discretion of the event organizer. My Race Timing Solutions does not decide about the cancellation or Refund policy for any of the event hosted on www.myraceevents.com

In case of refund of ticket amount, service charges and refund charges by the bank if any will be deducted in the final payout to the attendee’s account.

Cancellation requests to be raised by attendee via the email id provided at the time of registration

Cancellation requests raised after the stated deadline by the event organizer will not be eligible for a refund

To receive official communication and event updates from the event organizers, please provide the email id which you will have regular access at the time of registration.

In case of a registration fee refund, the amount will be refunded back to the source bank account via online payment gateway and the amount will get refunded in 3-5 working days.
